Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Tickets

  • All tickets purchased, including advance and same-day tickets, are non-refundable.
  • This includes cancellations, missed bookings, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Options

  • Advance Tickets: Rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee of [insert amount/percentage].
  • Same-Day Tickets: Rescheduling is not available for tickets purchased for same-day use.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

4. Park Closures

If Drouble-Family Play World is unable to operate on your scheduled visit date due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather or safety concerns), you will be offered:

  • The option to reschedule your visit to another available date.
